5+ stars! LOVE this company. They are so nice and helpful beginning to end of the entire process. I was able to reserve the perfect bouncer for my son's "Young, Wild & 3" party and was even able to add some chairs and a kids table with my order, which made things even easier for us. Delivery and pick up was a breeze. All equipment we rented came clean and in great condition. If you are looking for a nice family owned company to help support, who will help support you with your next event, look no further! We are so pleased with our entire experience! Fast response time, great communication. Easy booking. Excellent Service. We ordered the White Castle and it was beautiful and clean. It had Velcro straps around the front arch that allowed easy installation of our balloon garland. Also had the option of having a sun shade to keep everyone cool! Great drop off and pick experience and they kindly worked with our schedule. Will definitely be ordering from Jumper Bros again for our next events!

We rented a jumper for our event and the whole process—from booking to setup—was seamless and stress-free. This included a change I had to make on the day of the party, right before the agreed delivery time. The team was responsive and gave me multiple options for the change I had to make. They arrived on time, set everything up quickly, and made sure the jumper was safe and spotless. The jumper itself was in excellent condition, super clean. The kids had an absolute blast and were entertained for hours (which gave the adults a much-needed break!). What I really appreciated was how professional and friendly the staff were—they went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I’d 100% recommend this company and will definitely rent from them again for future parties.

I was so pleased with the service from Jumper Bros! My husband and I rented a bounce house for my daughter’s first birthday. Communication was great, had a quick response time, and employees were very kind. They delivered the jumper right on time and picked it up after the party. Great price and the kids enjoyed it! I will definitely use Jumper Bros in the future!
